Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 25, 2026

Please review this policy before making any payment.

 

No Refunds or Transfers
ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. This includes
tuition, deposits, registration payments, class fees, CPR/BLS payments, add-ons, make-up fees, and other payments, except where a refund is specifically required by applicable law.

 

Withdrawal, Absence or Dismissal
No refund or transfer will be issued because a student withdraws, misses class or clinical, arrives too late to receive required instruction, changes plans, fails to complete required documentation, or does not meet program requirements. Applicable make-up requirements and fees may still apply.

 

Third-Party Payment Plans
Students using a payment plan or third-party financing service remain responsible for that provider's terms.
Our non-refundable and non-transferable policy continues to apply to payments made toward our services,
subject to applicable law.

 

School Cancellation
If we cancel a class or service and do not provide the purchased service or a reasonable alternative, any
legally required remedy will be handled according to applicable law.
