Ndumbe Traore, RN - Program coordinator, and primary instructor of Two Hands One Heart Healthcare Services. Ndumbe's journey in healthcare is rooted in dedication, growth, and purpose. She began her career as a Home Health Aide, where she first discovered her passion for caring for others. From there, she advanced to become an STNA, then an LPN, and ultimately a Registered Nurse-each step strengthening her skills compassion, and commitment to excellence in patient care. Today she proudly serves as the Program Coordinator and Primary Instructor, leading with both experience and heart. Her mission is simple: Use your two hands to provide care, and your one heart to make a difference

AESHA PRESTON, LPN - A dedicated nurse, leader, and passionate educator who plays a vital role in the foundation of Two Hands One Heart Healthcare Services. Aesha began her healthcare journey as an STNA, where she developed the hands on skills, compassion, and work ethic that continue to define her today. Starting at bedside gave her a deep understanding of what it truly means to care for others-and that foundation is something she carries with her in everything she does. Through hard work and determination, she advanced her career to become a Licensed Practical Nurse, but she has never forgotten where she started. That experience allows her to connect with students on a deeper level, especially those just beginning their journey in healthcare. As a supplemental instructor, Aesha is committed to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel confident, capable, and prepared. Her passion for teaching comes from knowing the difference a well trained, compassionate caregiver can make in someone's life.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

CNA and CPR/BLS Enrollment

CNA Training Program

The Two Hands One Heart CNA Training Program provides the education, hands-on skills training, and supervised clinical experience needed to prepare students to become a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in Ohio.
Our state-approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP) consists of 75 hours of training, including classroom instruction, hands-on skills laboratory training, and 16 hours of supervised clinical experience in a long-term care setting.
Students receive instruction in essential nurse aide topics including resident rights, infection control, safety and emergency procedures, communication, personal care, nutrition and hydration, vital signs, mobility and transfers, dementia care, restorative care, documentation, and other skills necessary to provide safe, compassionate, resident-centered care.
Upon successful completion of the program and all required classroom, skills, and clinical hours, students will receive a Certificate of Completion and become eligible to take the Ohio State Nurse Aide Competency Evaluation. Students who successfully complete the state testing requirements may be placed on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry.

At Two Hands One Heart, our goal is to prepare students not only to pass their state examination, but also to enter the healthcare field with the confidence, professionalism, compassion, and practical skills needed to provide quality care.

Class Options:
DAY CLASSES
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Two weekday clinical days: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

EVENING CLASSES
Monday–Friday, 5:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
Two Saturday clinical days: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

CPR & BLS Training

Comprehensive, Hands-On Training
At Two Hands One Heart Healthcare Services LLC, we provide hands-on CPR and Basic Life Support
(BLS) training designed to help participants build the skills and confidence needed to respond during cardiac and breathing emergencies. Our training is appropriate for healthcare professionals, caregivers, students, and others who need CPR/BLS education for employment, school, or professional requirements.
Courses are led by an American Heart Association (AHA) certified instructor and combine clear instruction with practical, hands-on practice. Participants learn how to recognize an emergency, activate the appropriate response, perform high-quality CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively.

Course Coverage Includes:
• Adult, child, and infant CPR techniques
• High-quality chest compressions and rescue breathing
• AED (Automated External Defibrillator) use and safety
• Recognition of cardiac arrest and breathing emergencies
Relief of choking for adults, children, and infants
Team-based response and effective communication during emergencies
Hands-on skills practice and instructor feedback

Our goal is to make training easy to understand, practical, and relevant so participants leave feeling better prepared to act when every second matters.
